Refund & Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Customer Service at: customerservice@aaos.org or mail to AAOS, 9400 W Higgins Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018.

Course cancellations are subject to the following refund policy. Webinars and Webcast registration fees are non-refundable (you will be notified if a replay is available to watch at a later date convenient for you).

30+ days prior to the course - course fee less $150 [cancellation fee] will be issued

29 to 15 days prior to the course -50% refund will be issued

14 days or less prior to the course - no refunds will be issued

 

Course Cancellation

The Academy reserves the right to cancel a course thirty (30) days prior to the course start date. Any person who has registered for the course will be notified by email at the address noted in the AAOS member database. A telephone call will also be made to each registrant for whom a number is available. Persons whose registration is received after a course is cancelled will be notified by telephone and email. Registration fees will be refunded in full. However, other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
