Schedule Overview

The Annual Meeting is full of educational and networking opportunities.  This simple overview of our schedule will help attendees take full advantage of all the meeting has to offer. Download our one-page "At-a-Glance" schedule for more information on session and event times.

Registration

On-site registration opens on Monday from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and is open daily throughout the meeting (Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and on Specialty Day from 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
 

Academy Hall

An educational hub of the meeting, Academy Hall is open from: 
  • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Education Sessions

On Tuesday, our sessions run from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. For the remainder of the week, our sessions run from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The duration of most sessions are one and a half hours but can vary by format and topic. See Learning Formats for format and duration details.

Poster Sessions - Academy Hall 

Poster Session 1: 

  • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Poster Session 2:

  • Thursday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall is only open for three days during the Annual Meeting so be sure to get there! The hours are: 

  • Wednesday:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
  • Friday:  9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

You can explore the Exhibit Hall without missing any of our education sessions with our unopposed exhibit times scheduled into the day! There's a.m.ple time to explore in a morning, lunch or afternoon break. For details see our Exhibit Hall Activity Schedule.
