Exhibitor Effectiveness Evaluations
Executing an effective exhibit is critical to attracting attendees and delivering the desired message and results. As a value-added service, AAOS is providing all exhibiting companies at AAOS 2020 with a complimentary E3 Exhibiting Effectiveness Evaluation. This evaluation will reinforce areas of effectiveness and identify potential areas that can be improved. It examines three critical areas of an exhibit:

How It Works
During exhibit hours, an expert evaluator will visit each exhibit booth, take photos and score the overall effectiveness of the three critical areas above. These photos will only be used in the confidential report that the exhibitor will receive after the show. This evaluation will not interrupt any booth activities.
At the conclusion of AAOS 2020, each exhibitor will receive a personalized report by email. This report will contain the exhibitor’s scores, photos of their booth and percentile rankings.
