Exhibitor Housing Reservations

AAOS has contracted over 14,000 hotel rooms in Orlando for AAOS 2020. Exhibitors must obtain sleeping rooms through AAOS’ official housing bureau, MCI, USA. Exhibitors or their agents may not negotiate blocks of rooms directly with hotels in the Orlando area. If such a violation should occur, the company will lose 25% of its accrued priority points for exhibit space assignments for the AAOS 2021 Annual Meeting.

NEW! The allotment of sleeping rooms has increased. Exhibitors are able to reserve a maximum of four rooms per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Requests for additional rooms over this allotment may be requested by emailing MCI, USA.

From the exhibitor's allotment of rooms, sleeping room reservations can be secured in properties designated by AAOS as follows:

Area A – 50%    Area B – 50%

Exhibitors may choose to reserve all of their sleeping rooms in Area B hotels, but cannot reserve more than 50% of their rooms in Area A hotels. Refer to the Hotel List below for designations.

Beware of Fraudulent Housing Companies

Fraudulent companies pretending to be the official AAOS housing company contact exhibitors every year offering assistance with hotel reservations. Beware of these false and fraudulent claims.  MCI, USA is the ONLY official Housing Provider for the AAOS 2020 Annual Meeting. 

Many of these are outright scams with no actual reservation abilities. Do not provide your credit card information or any other payment for hotel reservations to anyone other than MCI USA. AAOS is not responsible for any reservations made or payments submitted through unofficial housing companies.
